1. The Service

HiddenDrain ("we", "our", "the service") provides an AI-powered operational waste assessment tool available at hiddendrain.com. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Free Report

Completing the assessment generates a free Hidden Drain Report — a personalised TIMWOODS waste analysis. This report is AI-generated based on the answers you provide and is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional business, financial, or operational consulting advice.

3. Implementation Bundle (Paid Product)

The Implementation Bundle is a one-time digital purchase that generates a personalised 90-day action plan, quick win matrix, change management scripts, AI prompts toolkit, industry benchmarks, and executive PDF based on your assessment responses.

  • Delivery is instant, in-browser, immediately after payment.
  • Access is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • You may re-access your bundle during the 90-day period by returning to hiddendrain.com and completing a new assessment using the same email address.
  • After 90 days, a new purchase is required for a new bundle.
  • Cross-device access: Your paid access is tied to the email address used at checkout and is valid across any device for 90 days. Note: because your Hidden Drain Report is personalised to your answers, re-answering on a new device will generate a new report reflecting those answers.

4. Refund Policy

If the Implementation Bundle doesn't deliver value, you are entitled to a full refund — no explanation required. Our refund window is 30 days from the date of purchase.

How to request a refund: Email hello@hiddendrain.com with the subject line “Refund request” and include the email address you used at checkout. We will process your refund within 2 business days via Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record).

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All reports, action plans, benchmarks, and other content produced by HiddenDrain are generated by AI language models. They are directional and informational in nature. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You should apply your own judgement before acting on any recommendations. HiddenDrain is not liable for any business decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to submit false, misleading, or harmful content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the service. Each purchase is for individual use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiddenDrain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Implementation Bundle.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
